Once you have decided on a property we will submit your offer to the landlord and draw up a tenancy agreement. We will prepare an inventory document for you to record the condition of the property, together with its contents, to avoid future disputes. Your deposit will be protected by being paid into a custodial scheme, held by the government, to keep it safe for the duration of the tenancy.
For Landlords:
Our aim is to provide the right tenant for your property. This service includes the marketing of your property in the local media and top property websites, including findaproperty and Homesonview. We will arrange accompanied viewings at a convenient time. Any potential tenants will be fully referenced using an independent third party service. We will negotiate terms and provide ongoing management services if requested, including rent collection and negotiation of renewals.
